Benefits And Services Of Cosmetic Dental Services Are Available At Mt. Lookout Dentistry
Cincinnati, OH – Many patients come to Dr. David Croop to improve the overall appearance of the mouth. Whether a patient has crooked teeth, an injury, or just needs to improve their overall appearance, Dr. Croop and Dr. Gosnell have many options available for their patients at Mt. Lookout Dentistry.
Common cosmetic dental procedures are performed right in the office at Mt. Lookout. Bonding, contouring, veneers, whitening and bleaching, and dental implants are the more popular procedures that patients have done. Dental implants are a common alternative for patients who are missing a tooth or teeth.
Dental implants involve an artificial tooth made of titanium to replace the tooth that was once there. There are different procedures for a single tooth, or for numerous teeth. The implant is used as an anchor to attach a crown. Dr. Croop has also found this to be a successful procedure for patients who have dentures and need a full set of new teeth.
Bonding is for patients who have unfortunate gaps in teeth. Tooth colored material is used to close the gaps. It can also be used to change the color of the tooth.
Contouring reshapes and straightens crooked, chipped, cracked and overlapping teeth.
Changing the color and shape of your teeth can be accomplished by getting veneers. They are an ultra-thin coating that is placed of the front teeth. Veneers are made and colored to look like normal teeth.
A popular procedure among patients for getting a bright smile can be done through whitening and bleaching. It is done quickly and gives patients a whiter smile in minutes.
